We got home from Tokyo on Sunday and are getting settled. While in Tokyo we had a lot of time to reflect on our wedding day and get a chance to soak it all in…I can honestly say that the event was fabulous. I could not have asked for a more magical day. I feel like everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure it was special for us. Every guest I have spoken with raved about our wedding. I have heard from some that is was ‘in the top five weddings they have attended’ and from others, ‘it was the best.’ They said the facilities, food, cake, service and professionalism of the wait staff were excellent and the wedding ran very smoothly. I attribute that partly to our wonderful family and friends, but also to you and your staff and the wonderful services you provided. Everything was phenomenal last night. We ADORED Sebastian, Philippe and Hugo – they were easy to work with and have extremely good senses for humor (a requirement here). The food was out of this world – your foie gras and gingerbread was sent from heaven. It is the perfect holiday appetizer. The plates were all cleared pretty quickly at the dinner table, with lots of compliments to Sebastian. And at the end of the evening they packed everything up silently and stole away into the night. Perfection. And so Peter and I are busy planning many dinners for 2009!”

Our guests had plates spilling over with food and were raving about the dishes.
