Martine Archambault, Event Coordinator
Martine was born and raised in Corsica, a French island in the Mediterranean. After graduating from high school, she moved to Paris to attend culinary school at the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française – Ferrandi. In her three years there, Martine further developed her passion for the culinary arts through instruction from some of the country’s best chefs. While in culinary school, she trained in several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Restaurant Gérard Besson, Pavillon Ledoyen, and La Cantine des Gourmets. Upon graduating, she worked as a chef at Le Parc Aux Cerfs, in Paris, and 10 Rue Napoléon, in Bastia. In 2008, Martine and her husband moved to Los Angeles, where she was the private chef for a high-profile entertainment industry family for several years. She recently arrived in the Washington, D.C., area and now serves as Event Coordinator for 42° Catering.
