Azur, Chef Frederik’s second restaurant is NOW OPEN in Penn Quarter. Located downtown at 405 8th Street NW, Azur offers a diverse menu of fish and seafood dishes prepared with a European flair. Inspired by Chef Frederik’s Belgian heritage and international experience, the menu includes dishes like Moules Frites, bouillabaisse, tuna tartare, and more. Chef Frederik de Pue is set to open Azur, his second restaurant in Washington, DC, in Spring 2013. Located in the former Cafe Atlantico space in DC’s Penn Quarter neighborhood, Azur will feature a seafood-centric menu, striking interiors, and a full bar.

Chef Frederik’s new restaurant Table is now open at 903 N Street NW in the Shaw / Logan Circle neighborhood. Table’s menus change frequently to take advantage of the best seasonal products available, featuring dishes like Frogs Legs Pad Thai Style, Mussels Provencal, and Hot Chocolate Mousse with Pear Gelato.
Stop by, say hello, and enjoy a dining experience unlike any other in town. Chef Frederik de Pue and the 42˚ Catering team are proud to support the efforts of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and on Tuesday, Feb. 21, Chef Frederik will join some of the city’s finest chefs at this year’s St. Jude Gourmet Gala: Mardi Gras for the Kids! at the National Building Museum. This annual much-anticipated event is designed to showcase some of the best of DC’s culinary scene, as guests will enjoy samples of festive, gourmet menu items and have the chance to bid on items at the gala’s silent auction.
